For the first time master of Italian design Enzo Mari brings together a wide selection from his never previously exhibited personal collection of paperweights as an installation conceived for the spaces of Kaleidoscope. In this exhibition, a selection of 60 paperweights are laid on piles of sketches
and notes. Each object becomes thus an allegory of the intellectual work, preventing the flow of ideas from being blown away, allowing some time for the papers to elaborate ideas The exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue realized in collaboration with the designer, with a critical essay by Barbara Casavecchia and photographs by Carlo Lavatori.
