Plaster Hands Begging for Change in the Streets of Barcelona

For their project titled "Hands" Spanish visual artists Octavi Serra, Mateu Targa, Daniel Llugany and Pau Garcia created a series of sculptural installations that poke fun at Spain’s political climate and economic crisis. Using plaster hands strategically placed in public spaces the artists created a series of subtle but effective gestural conversation pieces to highlight the human aspect of the crisis.
