Wrapped Motorbikes Transformed Into Surreal Urban Sculptures

Christian Werner's series of photographs titled "Undercover" documents wrapped motorcycles found on the streets of 25 cities including New York, Paris and Milan. Turning his camera towards these ubiquitous urban objects, Werner shot hundreds of concealed motorbikes, transforming them into Christo-inspired sculptures. “Everyday objects can convey a life of their own,” he says, “I discovered that as soon as I isolated these found objects, they acquired a surreal character.”
