Anna Lomax, food stylist Iain Graham and photographer Catherine Losing for British foodie magazine The Gourmand, "The Serpent That Ate Its Own Tail" is a photo series depicting grotesque still life food installations that explore the conductive abilities of various foods. Losing's bizarre images bring to life vivid representations of our worse culinary nightmares. Heaps of chicken’s feet and heads, rows of pierced pig’s eyeballs and a lamb’s tongue are some of the ingredients that make one delicious experiment worthy of a mad scientist laboratory.
