Photographs of Golf Balls Sliced in Half Reveal Wonderful Textures

Curiosity led Ohio-based photographer James Friedman to cut his collection of golf balls in half to see what the cores looked like. To his great surprise, what he found inside inspired him to create a series of photographs capturing the beautiful and intricate textures and colors hidden inside the glossy white surfaces. Spaking about the project Friedman says,"Interior Design has moved me to be enthusiastic about abstraction, an exciting corollary to my work as a documentary photographer."
