Artist Peels Away the Walls of an Abandoned House and Turns Them Inside out

For his ambitious project titled "House Turned Inside Out", Artist Martin Papcún along with construction partners American Tank Fabricating and Affordable Demolition & Hauling Inc., sliced into the walls of an abandoned home in Cleveland’s west side and turned the walls inside out to reveal the interior. Severed floor joists, and interior heating and other structures become erratic ornamental elements and, in combination with occasional bright blue interior paint, make the two-story structure a head-turning surprise in the lower-middle class neighborhood.
