The Uncomfortable: Usable Everyday Objects Redesigned as Impractical Accoutrements

"The Uncomfortable" is a collection of deliberately incovenient everyday objects, designed by Athens based architect Katerina Kamprani. The project started as a twisted sadistic design experiment messing up it's creator's head (and the heads of people she knows). Kamprani explains, "The goal is to re- design useful objects making them uncomfortable but usable and maintain the semiotics of the original item."
